Explaining Multi-Cart Checkout

QUANTITY AVAILABLE

Each product page shows a combined item availability, not a breakdown by warehouse location. Once an item is added to your cart, you will see how the order(s) will be fulfilled.

MULTIPLE SHOPPING CARTS

Your account has a Primary Location that determines how an order is fulfilled. When you order more than your primary location has in stock, your order will split into two carts with specified shipping locations. If an item is in stock in both locations, it will pull from your primary location first and additional stock will be added to the second cart.

CART PAGE BREAKDOWN

Each Shopping Cart represents an independent order with separate checkouts. The cumulative total of both carts is shown to the right (yellow box). Once you are ready to complete either order, click the Checkout button for that cart.

ORDER OVERVIEW

After you proceed with Checkout, you will see the Subtotal and Shipping Costs associated with the order you are processing in the Order Overview section. If you have not met the Flat Rate Freight thresholds, you can go Back and continue shopping or adjust quantities as needed. Once you are ready, you can Place Order.

FIRST ORDER COMPLETE

Once you click Place Order, you can return to your other open cart to complete the second cart’s checkout process.

SECOND CART CHECKOUT

Once you click Submit the Second Cart, you will return to your cart page where you can check out the remaining order when you're ready.
